Happens most of the time I try to play. Literally every time I try to select a loadout to use it: shows the loadout I built but when i select it.... It wipes it and zeroizes everything. Will not let me build the loadout. If i select it, I will spawn with a knife and nothing else. I don't understand. I have this basic loadout saved for a variety of different classes and guns, i will generally run advisor with 2x, suppressor, breacher 1x suppressor, or observer 2x foregrip flash hider. For demo, i run heavy carrier, rpg/maaws, explosive launcher. This gives you 4x explosives, but generally limits you to m16/akm/g36k. On my breacher for instance, they never save grenades, which means I'm only able to spawn with explisive 1 (my C4).
