Indego. Indego is a public bicycle sharing system that serves parts of Philadelphia. Operations started on April 23, 2015, with 125 stations and 1000 bikes. The system is operated by Bicycle Transit Systems, a Philadelphia-based company, with bikes provided by B-cycle and stations as well as bicycles owned by the City of Philadelphia.

I love the e-bikes too and if I'm taking an Indego rather than my personal bike, I'll use an e-bike, especially if it's a shorter trip. The old bikes are just so heavy. That said I do think the pricing needs to change, especially if the traditional bikes are being phased out. Paying a membership fee + $0.20 per minute on top of that is ridiculous.
