75 questions and good pop up…. PASSED. UPDATE: My day-long meltdown was unnecessary, I passed. I don’t know whether to sob hysterically or get up and make some coffee because I woke up literally twice an hour last night panicking. So I finished my exam in 75 questions today and I got the “good” pop up but I’m not convinced.

While you are saving up, I’d def recommend doing the free demo questions for princeton review, archer, uworld, and lippincott! princeton’s demo has several quizzes categorized by client-need areas (safety& infection, management of care, pharmacology, psychosocial, etc) & it lasts 5 days.Based on other replies in this thread, 99.9% accurate. I’m HOPING it’s 100% accurate because I got 75 Q and the good pop up but I have a gut feeling that I failed (My questions did not seem to be at a high difficulty). Best of luck and congrats!! So, unfortunately, if you tried it again later and it accepted your money, that likely means you didn't pass. It was after changing my testing strategies and listening to a bunch of lectures on youtube (I suggest Beautiful Nursing's "How to Pass the NCLEX-RN in 75 Questions" & Mark Klimek's Prioritization & Delegation Lecture) that my scores finally began to change. I finished 77% of the test bank, 53% average correct, 42nd percentile.ADVICE. Ok y’all. I took my NCLEX today and it shut off at 75 questions… it took me maybe an hour?
