Quality for the weapon variety, if you are mid level 25str/25dex or 30/30, if you are high level go with 40/40. if you play without buffs, i guess gundyrs halberd is the best for str builds and black knight glaive for quality builds. not sure about dex builds though. all in all it really depends on what build you use. you cant get "the best halberd build", since each halberd, which is worth using, has some weaknesses. gundyr and black knight cant be ...Dark builds are generally better for PvP than PvE because dark doesn't really have that big haymaker spell.
