Blood soaked shields and cooking up trouble are op early game. Non unique turtle shields will be very strong. But its actually pretty well balanced for most set ups. Just don't sham fleet. Maya is great fun but not for elemental damage, for crowd control, and AOE damge. Gaige is better for elemental damage than maya, as well is krieg.Hot take: Non-Anarchy Gaige is fine and more solid overall.
