I have been trying to order phones from at&t since April 23rd. On April 23rd I spoke to a live agent she helped me I had an outstanding bill with directtv paid 699 dollars that day so I could go ahead and get service with At&t picked the phones paid the deposit just to go on break that night at 12am to see my orders had been canceled.
