I seen that people said I need to plug it into my PC, open the astro command centre and update the mixamp, however when I do this it doesn’t tell me I need to update it. Secondly, when I try to assign the headset to my profile it doesnt get assigned and nothing happens afterwards it just says "Not assigned".I recently bought an Astro a40 w/ mixamp headset for Black Friday and was really stoked to get this new headset.
