I meant that as a question. But I’ve read quite a few reviews about Zen and a few other discount sites that people arrive and the hotel doesn’t have their reservation. If I hadn’t called the property directly and asked for them to price match it I probably would have booked it as it was $50-80 a night cheaper.

I emailed Algotels to clarify the issue and no response. I've now had to cancel and find alternative accommodation with prices having gone up it's costing me more.
