Apr 4, 2024 · All I can tell you is that I walked around 3cm dilated and more than 50% effaced with my first two from 36 weeks to 39/40 weeks!! No one seemed to think it was an issue, in fact I think already being dilated made my active labor go much faster and smoother. Good luck!
